Established in 2020, Sanare is an Adelaide based complementary health clinic.
Sanare is located inside My Hub Chiro & Physio, Shop 6&7, 119-123 Grange Road, Allenby Gardens SA 5009. There is onsite parking available.
Sanare is the Italian word for ‘to heal, cure, restore.’
At Sanare we specialise in using cupping therapy, an ancient remedy, to optimise health.
Cupping throughout history was widely used as a therapy in Ancient Greece, Egypt and China. It is now commonly practiced in the Middle East and by Muslims across the globe.
Our services include the use of a combination of dry and wet cupping (Hijama) therapy, fire cupping, graston/scrapping/myofascial release, mind coaching, general nutritional advice, and massage.
We believe that health is a journey to be maintained and there is not a one size fits all approach.
